I had ordered the wrong bounce house for the party we had over the weekend. I called in a panic. Talked to chris and he immediately fixed things for me. No questions asked. Set up was quick. Delivery guys were great. Online ordering was definitely a plus (even tho I messed things up) I've rented from them in the past and will continue from now on. Wicked selection of stuff too! Thanks guys

Great communication! Anytime I asked questions through email or text I got a prompt reply. On time and professional delivery and setup. Party Patrol Rentals made it easy to enjoy my child’s birthday. I booked the bounce house for Saturday, and they left it for the full weekend so we got some extra bouncing in! Will definitely use them again!

Awesome bundle deal we got ! Bounce house was clean and ran with no problems ! It was delivered on time, and set up right where I wanted it, and picked up before I even noticed it was gone ! Chairs and tables held up as well. Communication was easy and all questions answered. Thank you !!!

I have never rented a bounce house on my own and I felt like I got treated amazingly. The reception lady was very nice. The guys that deliver we're nice and explain everything to me. Because I ordered the bounce house in a holiday I was able to enjoy an extra few hours. I recommend you guys 100%.
