Locally owned and operated business in the heart of Southampton looking to hire Delivery/Setup Drivers to join our expanding team! We take pride in providing a great work environment in which everyone is treated like family.

Delivery Driver/Setup positions entail driving either stake body trucks with lift gates or 2500 series trucks and up to 18ft trailers throughout Western Mass and Northern Connecticut as well as setup and breakdown of events Delivery Drivers are responsible for timely delivery, setup and picking up events while maintaining a strong leadership role with strong communication skills. Drivers must be able to think strategically and make data- driven decisions while maintaining contact with the routing and delivery manager. 

Valid Massachusetts license and clean driving record is required, driving records can be requested with an insurance agent or online through the registry

 DOT card is *preferred* but not required for hire.New hires will be reimbursed for DOT cards for after 90 days of employment.

*Reliable transportation to and from work is a must*

After 2-4 weeks of exceptional work drivers have the opportunity to advance to a team leader position. Team leaders are responsible for driving and maintaining a good relationship with a delivery partner. Team leaders ensure trucks are correctly loaded for the day and routes are followed for timely delivery, setup, and pickup of events. Team leaders will unload trucks properly at the end of every shift and ensure any damaged items are labeled for repair.
