What size tent do I need for my Southampton event?

A quick rule of thumb: for seated dinner-style events (graduation parties, weddings, receptions) plan on about 10 sq ft per guest. For standing-only events (cocktail-style, backyard BBQ), 6 sq ft per guest works. What's the difference between Standard A-Frame Tents and Elite High Peak Tents?

Standard A-Frame Tents have interior center poles and a classic sloped-roof profile — they're our workhorse for graduations, backyard parties, and BBQs. Elite High Peak Tents have a dramatic pitched roof with no interior poles, creating an open, elegant feel — those are what most of our wedding and upscale event clients choose. Same footprint options, different vibe. Elite pricing starts about $120-500 higher per size.

How much does a tent rental cost in Southampton MA?

Our Standard A-Frame Tents start at $379 for a 20x20 (seats 40) and scale up to $1,499 for our 20x83. Elite High Peak Tents run from $499 to $1,999. Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?

Absolutely. We regularly provide COIs for Hampshire Regional High School, area churches, and venues like Outlook Farm. Just tell us the venue name and any additional insured requirements when you book and we'll have the COI issued well before your event date. No extra charge.

Do you set up tents throughout Southampton?

We sure do — Southampton is our hometown. We cover every corner of Southampton including Southampton Center, Pomeroy Meadow, Loudville, the College Highway / Route 10 corridor, East Street, and Russellville. Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?

Yes to all three. On grass we use heavy-duty stakes (our standard install). On driveways, patios, or paved surfaces we use water barrel ballasts — no drilling or damage. When you book, just tell us the surface type and we'll bring the right setup. For gravel or mixed surfaces, let us know in advance so we can plan.

Do you offer tables, chairs, and sidewalls with tent rentals?

Yes — we're a full-service party rental company. We have 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, folding chairs, tent sidewalls (solid and cathedral window), globe lighting, and more. How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Southampton?

For peak season dates (May through August — graduation, wedding, and summer party season), we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. Off-peak dates can often be booked 1-2 weeks out. Hampshire Regional graduation weekend and Memorial Day / Labor Day weekends book fastest. When in doubt, call us — sometimes we can fit last-minute events in.
