We carry $3 million in liability insurance — three times the industry standard — and our delivery crew is CORI background-checked. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. Hopkins Academy, Hadley Elementary, UMass Amherst, First Congregational Church of Hadley, Hampshire Mall, Mountain Farms Mall, the Hadley Farm Museum, Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum, and most venues in town require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.
Do you set up tents throughout Hadley?

Do I need a permit for my tent in Hadley?
Yes, for larger tents. The Hadley Building Department requires a building permit for any tent over 400 sq ft, and you'll need to show proof of fire rating. That covers most wedding-size tents (20x30 and up) and all of our Elite, Hex, and Century tents. Note that Hadley's Building and Fire Departments do not automatically notify each other — you may need to file separately. Check the Hadley Building Department page or call 413-586-7274 before your event. We can provide fire-rating documentation for our tents to support your application — just ask.
Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?
Yes to all three. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor. Just let us know your surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Hadley?
Peak season (May–August) — especially UMass Amherst commencement weekend, Hopkins Academy graduation, and prime summer farm-wedding dates — books 4–6 weeks in advance. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. A small deposit holds your date; the balance is due day of delivery.
