Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. East Longmeadow High School, Birchland Park Middle, Twin Hills Country Club, St. Michael's Parish, First Congregational, and most venues in town require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.

Yes. We rent folding chairs, 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, sidewalls (clear and solid), and globe lighting — all in one delivery with your tent. Add-ons are selectable on each tent product page.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in East Longmeadow?
