Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. UMass Amherst, Amherst College, Hampshire College, Amherst Regional High School, and most churches and venues in town require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.

Yes to all three. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor. Just let us know your surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.
Do you offer tables, chairs, and sidewalls with tent rentals?
Yes. We rent folding chairs, 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, sidewalls (clear and solid), and globe lighting — all in one delivery with your tent. Add-ons are selectable on each tent product page.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Amherst?
Peak season (May–August) — especially UMass, Amherst College, and Hampshire College graduation weekends in May — books 4–6 weeks in advance. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. A small deposit holds your date; the balance is due day of delivery.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
