Tent Rental FAQ — Northern CT
What size tent do I need?
A rough guide: 20'x20' fits up to 40 guests seated, 20'x30' fits 60, 20'x40' fits 80, and 20'x60' fits 120. For weddings with dancing or buffet space, go one size larger. Tell us your guest count and event style and we'll recommend the right size.
Do you install the tent?
Yes — full professional installation included. Our crew handles everything: delivery, staking/anchoring, sides, lighting, and takedown after the event. You don't lift a finger.
Can you set up on grass, asphalt, or concrete?
All three. Grass installations are staked. For asphalt, concrete, or pavers we use water barrel ballasts (additional charge). Let us know your surface when you book.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and lighting?
Yes — we offer full event packages. Rectangle banquet tables, 48" and 60" rounds, white folding chairs, stackable chairs, globe lights, and rope lights. One call covers your whole event setup.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and graduations: 2-6 months ahead. For backyard parties: 3-6 weeks. Summer Saturdays book up fast in Northern CT — the earlier the better. Call us to check availability for your date.
What about weather?
Tents are designed for outdoor use in typical weather. Our crew installs with proper anchoring and we provide sides for wind/rain protection if needed. Severe weather like hurricanes or sustained high winds may require takedown — we'll coordinate with you if that happens. Tents are not covered by our bounce house Rain Guarantee.
Do you provide certificates of insurance (COI) for venues and parks?
Yes. We carry $3M liability insurance (3x industry standard) and provide COIs on request for wedding venues, schools, churches, town parks, and country clubs. Tell us when you book.
Do you deliver across the Connecticut state line?
Yes — we deliver tents throughout Northern Connecticut including Hartford, Tolland, and surrounding areas. We've been setting up tents across the state line for over a decade and know every route.
