School Field Day FAQs

Here are answers to a few of the most common questions from schools and PTOs.

Are you fully insured for school events? Yes. Party Patrol Rentals maintains full liability insurance suitable for public and private schools and can provide certificates of insurance listing your school or district.
Do you accept school purchase orders? Absolutely! We're purchase order friendly and ready. We work with school districts and PTOs regularly and understand the billing process. Just send us your PO and we'll take care of the rest.
How far in advance should we book our field day? Most schools reserve dates between January and April for May/June events. Fridays and popular weeks fill up quickly, so contacting us early gives you the most options.
Do you provide staff to run the inflatables? For school field days, supervision is usually handled by your teachers, PTO or volunteers. We provide clear safety and supervision guidelines for each attraction to keep everything running smoothly.
Can you work with blacktop or limited grass? Yes. We frequently set up on blacktop, turf and mixed surfaces. We'll recommend a layout and anchoring method that works with your campus.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate? We monitor the forecast and follow a clear weather and wind policy. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you on rescheduling or adjusting your setup.
