If your party goes later than 6:00 PM, pick the 'Overnight' option and we will pick it up the next day at no extra cost to you.
Installation Requirements: Please Read Before Booking
- Setup area: this tent needs 36ft x 50ft of flat, open space. That is larger than the tent itself, because our crew needs room to assemble it, stake it and walk around it.
- Grass: tents on grass are staked into the ground (included in price).
- Patios, pavers, driveways, concrete and asphalt cannot be staked. These surfaces require water-barrel ballast. Choose Concrete/Asphalt at checkout for any hard surface. Our crew loads equipment based on your answer.
- Patio and paver areas must be measured before you book. Enter the length and width in the checkout comments. If your patio is smaller than the tent, part of the tent will sit on grass and part on the patio, and we need to plan anchoring for both.
- We do not install tents on raised patios or any surface that is elevated off the ground.
- Fences, landscaping, retaining walls, trees, slopes, overhead wires and tight access can prevent installation even when the area you want covered is big enough.
- If conditions on site don't match what was entered at checkout, our crew may not be able to install the tent.
