What size tent do I need for my Ware event?

For a backyard party of 40 guests seated near the Millyard or off Belchertown Road, our 20x20 is the sweet spot. For a Ware Jr/Sr High grad party or Quabbin-area wedding of 80–100 seated with room for tables and a dance floor, step up to a 20x40 or 20x55. What's the difference between Standard A-Frame Tents and Elite High Peak Tents?

Standard A-Frame tents have a classic pitched roof — great for casual backyard parties, graduations, and budget-conscious events. Elite High Peak tents feature sweeping, cathedral-style peaks that give an open, airy feel — the preferred look for weddings, anniversaries, and polished outdoor receptions.

How much does a tent rental cost in Ware MA?

Ware tent rentals start at $379 for our 20x20 Standard A-Frame (seats 40). Elite High Peak tents start at $499. Mid-size 20x40 tents run $759–$999 depending on style. Large event tents run $1,299 for the Hexagon and custom-quoted for the 40x80 Century. Pricing is upfront on each product page — no surprises.

Is Party Patrol Rentals licensed and insured?

Yes — fully. We're MA OPSI Certified under State License #MA-491, affiliated with NAARSO (National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials), members of OABA (Outdoor Amusement Business Association), SIOTO safety certified, and carry $3 Million in liability insurance — three times the industry standard.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?

Absolutely. If your Ware venue — Ware Junior/Senior High, Stanley M. Koziol Elementary, Grenville Park, the Ware Millyard, the Young Men's Library Association, Beaver Lake Club, or a local church — requires a Certificate of Insurance, just let us know who to list as additionally insured and we'll send it over before your event. Do you set up tents throughout Ware?

Yes — we cover all of Ware including Downtown / Main Street, the Ware Millyard Historic District, the Route 9 corridor, Belchertown Road, Beaver Lake, the Quabbin-adjacent north side, Ware Center, and Grenville Park. We also serve the full Quabbin region — Belchertown, Hardwick, Palmer, Warren, Brookfield, and Barre.

Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?

Yes to all three. On grass — common on Ware's 1-acre Victorian lots and wooded country parcels — we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface, we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor safely. Just let us know the setup surface when you reserve.

Do you offer tables, chairs, and sidewalls with tent rentals?

Yes — folding chairs, 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, sidewalls (for wind or evening warmth), and globe lighting all bundle right into your tent reservation. One delivery, one crew, one setup.

How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Ware?

Peak season (May–September) books hard — Ware Jr/Sr High graduation, Quabbin-area weddings, Grenville Park events, Ware Comeback Festival weekends, and prime summer wedding dates. Reserve 4–6 weeks in advance for peak dates, 2–3 weeks off-peak. Ware Fire Department handles tent permits — we'll coordinate details.

What happens if it rains on my event day?
