What's the difference between Standard A-Frame Tents and Elite High Peak Tents?
Standard A-Frame tents have a classic sloped roof and center poles — rock solid, budget-friendly, perfect for backyard parties, graduations, and casual events. Elite High Peak tents have dramatic peaked tops with no center poles, giving you a more upscale wedding-style look and open floor plan. Same tent footprint, different vibe. Most Union weddings and upscale events go Elite; most backyard celebrations and reunions go Standard.
How much does a tent rental cost in Union CT?

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for venues or event organizers?
Absolutely. If the Town of Union, the Union Town Green, Bigelow Hollow State Park events, or any Union venue or event organizer needs a Certificate of Insurance naming them as additional insured, we provide it at no charge. Just let us know when you book — most COIs go out within one business day.
Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?
Yes to all three. Grass is easiest (we stake down). For driveways, patios, or any hard surface, we use weighted tent bases instead of stakes — safe, code-compliant, and rock steady. For Union's rolling terrain and rural properties, we always scout the site if needed.
Do you offer tables, chairs, and sidewalls with tent rentals?
Yes. We rent folding chairs, 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, tent sidewalls (solid and clear/window), and globe lighting. How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Union?
