We carry $3 million in liability insurance — three times the industry standard — and our delivery crew is CORI background-checked. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. Palmer High School, Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical, Quaboag Country Club, Converse Middle School, Old Mill Pond, First Congregational Church, and most venues require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.
Do you set up tents throughout Palmer?

Do I need a permit for my tent in Palmer?

Massachusetts typically requires a building permit for any tent over 400 sq ft with proof of fire rating — that covers most wedding-size tents (20x30 and up) and all of our Elite, Hex, and Century tents. Palmer uses the PermitEyes online permitting portal for applications. Check with the Palmer Building Department or call 413-283-2638 before your event. We can provide fire-rating documentation for our tents to support your application — just ask.
Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?
Yes to all three. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor. Just let us know your surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Palmer?
Peak season (May–August) — especially Palmer High and Pathfinder Tech graduation weekends and prime summer wedding dates — books 4–6 weeks in advance. Brimfield Antique Fair week (May, July, September) also sees high demand for the surrounding Palmer area. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine.
