Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. Longmeadow High School, Williams Middle School, Bay Path University, Longmeadow Country Club, Twin Hills Country Club, the First Church of Christ, and most venues require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.
Do you set up tents throughout Longmeadow?

Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?
Yes to all three. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor. Just let us know your surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Longmeadow?
Peak season (May–August) — especially Longmeadow High graduation weekend, Bay Path commencement, and prime summer wedding dates at Longmeadow Country Club — books 4–6 weeks in advance. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. A small deposit holds your date; the balance is due day of delivery.
