Standard A-Frame Tents have a classic pitched roof — they're our budget-friendly workhorse, perfect for backyard grad parties, birthdays, and casual celebrations. Elite High Peak Tents feature a dramatic, elegant peaked silhouette that photographs beautifully — they're our go-to for weddings, anniversaries, and formal events in Hampden.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?

Absolutely. Minnechaug Regional High School, Green Meadows School, Thornton W. Burgess School, Wilbraham Middle School, Hampden Country Club, Federated Community Church, and most venues require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.

Do you set up tents throughout Hampden?

We serve all of Hampden — Hampden Center at the Village Green, the Main Street corridor, Scantic River area near the VFW bridge, the Pine Mountain and Rattlesnake Peak neighborhoods to the west, and up into the Minnechaug Mountain foothills. No state routes, no stoplights, no problem — we know these winding country roads.

Do I need a permit for my tent in Hampden?

Yes, for larger tents. The Hampden Building Department has a specific Tents and Temporary Structures application for tent permits. Most MA towns require a permit for tents over 400 sq ft with proof of fire rating — that covers most wedding-size tents (20x30 and up) and all of our Elite, Hex, and Century tents. Can you set up tents on grass, driveways, or patios?

Yes to all three. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On driveways, patios, or any hard surface we use water barrels or concrete weights to anchor. Just let us know your surface when booking so we bring the right equipment.

How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Hampden?

Peak season (May–August) — especially Minnechaug Regional graduation weekends and prime summer wedding dates — books 4–6 weeks in advance. For off-peak dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. A small deposit holds your date; the balance is due day of delivery.
