Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?

Absolutely. Asnuntuck Community College, Enfield High School, JFK Middle School, Enfield Congregational Church, Holy Cross Polish National Catholic, St. Adalbert's, Powder Hollow Park, and most venues in town require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.

Do I need a permit for my tent in Enfield?

Enfield Fire District 1 requires an inspection by the Fire Marshal's Office for any tent larger than 10' x 10' — with a minimum of three (3) business days' notice before your event. How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Enfield?

That's exactly what the tent is for — your event is covered, rain or shine. Our tents are built to handle New England weather and our crews install them to code with proper anchoring.
