Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for schools, churches, or venues?
Absolutely. Williston Northampton School, Easthampton High, One Cottage Street, Eastworks, CitySpace, Mount Tom State Reservation events, and most churches and venues in town require a COI before we set up. Let us know who needs to be named additionally insured and we'll have the paperwork ready before delivery day.

Yes. We rent folding chairs, 6' banquet tables, 60" round tables, sidewalls (clear and solid), and globe lighting — all in one delivery with your tent. Add-ons are selectable on each tent product page.
How far in advance should I book a tent rental in Easthampton?
Peak season (May–August) — especially Easthampton High and Williston Northampton graduation weekends — books 4–6 weeks in advance.
