First you load the ice into the metal cylinder along with a tiny bit of Table Salt and warm water. Next you turn the unit to FREEZE mode where it takes up to 25 minutes to reach the desired consistency. Once dispensed into a cup, you may now add alcohol if desired since alcohol does not freeze and will prevent the slush from forming if added before dispensing. If there is extra beverage in the machine, you can simply turn the unit to REMIX mode and then back to FREEZE mode until the perfect slushee consistency is achieved again!
