We had a customer from Longmeadow call us one Saturday morning in a complete panic because they had rented a fairly cheap (cheaper than us) bounce house from a local company. On Saturday morning when they went to blow the bounce house up, it just would not work. They tried calling the company for help but they are closed all weekend, from 5pm Friday until 9am Monday. There was no one to help them with their issue. They called us hoping we were open and had something for them. Luckily, since it was later in the season, we did have a bounce house available and delivered it to them within the hour. They were so happy with our service and the quality of our bounce house, which was about double the size and probably at last seven years newer than the one they had from the other company. Even though they would pay a few dollars more, the fact that the service was so much better and the equipment was second to none is well worth the extra money.
